Easy way:
O levels: all As
A levels: triple science with S papers preferably. Otherwise,
leave out Biology. Nonetheless, get all As for you A levels.

You'll be able to apply to NUS/NTU.---> 6 years
A more difficult way but with goodies:

Study for a degree in a recognised university (preferably
science-related majors)---> 4 years (Honours please)
You'll be able to apply to NUS-Duke to study for a M.D. ---->
4 years
If your grades are good and you have the potential to be a
physician scientist, you'll be eligible for M.D./P.h.D ---> 7
years
Remember to have outstanding CCA records for both ways.
