before you lead a team, know how to be a team player.

you start off with Basic which is about 4 days of commitment
appox 1k+
before you advance off to advance about 5 full days of
commitment appox 2k+
before you head off the leadership program which last for a full
3 month appox 1-2k
you can also proceed to mastery level after leadership ( i
havent done this one)
I wouldnt want to spoil the fun for you but one thing for sure
is that there will be crazy events, you would see your true self,
you would be under pressure at many points, there will be
leadership roles to be played, you would see your influence level
as a person, there will be ups and downs, tears, laughters,
friendships being made that last a lifetime,it ain't as easy as one
would think, and many more surpises to come.
