I've been experiencing this for some time. I need to renovate my
unit this by nxt mth, and need some renovation load to do it. Been
asking a few renovation company for advice but my heart totally
sink hearing about the home reno loan, the minimum gross
requirements for reno loan is $2000 ($24000 annual). That is the
main loaner if they want a joint loan.
So this mean ppl who has low or middle income can't have any
renovation done to their new home, ONLY THE RICH CAN AFFORD TO
DO/HAVE A RENOVATION TO THEIR HOME.
