5 room HDB 120 sq m at Bishan St 24 selling at top price of $740k higher than DBSS flats at City View Upp. Boon keng…the highest price so far..4 room 95 sq m selling from $465k to $586K…crazy high prices in today’s global turmoil conditions, yet will many pple still buy, what’s yr view? Or are developer trying to test the market,understand the china based co paid about $150mil for the piece of land there.

Understand that those in City View has not been fully taken up as there are many last minute withdrawal…but the publicity are just played up by the developer only

THE higher-end of the public housing market is showing its first signs of cooling, with the Housing Board's latest condo-style flats receiving a lacklustre response.

With only one day left to the closing of applications, Natura Loft at Bishan has drawn about 600 applications for 480 flats, its developer told The Straits Times yesterday.
