It's because the common robbers that rob banks don't have
elaborate planning, they just walk in pretending that there is a
bomb in the package, that's why all the bank robberies are failures
in Singapore, maybe it has to do with the intelligence of her
citizens.
You would need careful planning with a group of robbers plus
knowledge of the security system in the bank itself.
Also need to plan getaway.
