You long sleeve shirt comes with a cuff, using the cuff as a guide,
fold one up to totally bend the cuff, then fold up again, like
folding A4 paper to make a rectangle.
It also depends one whether your shirt has a ig enough opening
to fold up a thick arm. Commercially purchased shirts dont
have enough clearance at the cuffs side to allow folding up the
sleeve to beyond a thick arm.
