The new Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP), which sits on a 30.5-ha plot at the junction of Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5 and Avenue 8 was constructed over a period of three years. PM Link was the project manager from inception to completion. The entire NYP campus consists of a Campus Centre building, four faculty buildings for Engineering, Business Management, Health Sciences and Information Technology, a student centre and staff apartments. The Campus Centre houses the main administration office, a 1,200-seat auditorium and a 300-seat concert hall while the Student Centre accommodates a sports complex and the Faculty Club.

PM Link’s critical contributions to this project include the pre-qualification exercises to select the main building contractors, contract packaging, phasing and monitoring of contractors’ progress throughout the construction process.
