convert to MP3:
if you want it fast, audiocatalyst is the fastest and easiest to
use.
If u are concerned about quality however, use EAC to extract to
wav. And then encode to MP3 using the "LAME" codec.

MP3 -> CD: just use winamp to convert to wav, then burn to cd.
Some software enables you to directly burn to cd from mp3 without
manual conversion to wav, but thats not recommended if quality is
of highest concern.
