Hi Fellow forumers
I am posting here to ask that fellow forumers avoid this car rental
company, Tokyo Autosports at AMK Industrial Park 2 Blk 5033.
I've had a very very bad experience with them. 1 month ago, they
agreed to rent me a Latio, a new Sunny and an Altis. 1 week before
the collection date, they said they are not able to rent me the
Latio and Sunny. I didn't want to make things difficult and so I
accepted 2 old lancers and 1 altis. Today is the day of collection
and instead of 2 lancers and 1 altis, right now he wants to give me
another car. When I refused, he started to show me his attitude on
the phone. He even went as far as hanging up on me. I am absolutely
disgusted with his level of service.
My friend's wedding is tomorrow and I've already paid the deposit
so I am left with NO CHOICE except to pick up the vehicles. I am
posting here to warn fellow forumers of this car rental
company.
