if yr friend was found tamper with used coupon or whatever, it
was a serious offence, cheating case, mostly court case, fine can
up to S$20k or jail. If never put coupon, check any thing mentioned
at the back of coupon, it could be from few thousands S$ to the pay
back value of normal plate car - red plate car... I also not sure,
just heard from friends.
