printing the url

dun ask me y, but my printer no longer print the url...i asked around, no one can help, so i follow the help command.

at page setup, under headers and footers, i entered '&u' but it is still not printing...
so troublesome, everytime i have to hand-write the url...

someone help?

put this at the footer or header
&u&b&d
should do the job for ya i guess.
if you want the page to show,
put
&w&bPage &p of &P
&p <=== the current page
&P <=== The total pages
