Novawin SG Yellow (back)/white (front) plate is all same as black plate. No restriction on timing usage unlike red plate. It's for those driver who would like to decorate and polish up their car nicely then they put yellow/white plate on.

^tamago^ SG no, that is RU/Restricted Use. green and brown. RD can go anywhere, provided u can register it as RD in the first place. i have only seen one RD so far.
