for age wise,this is usually the regulations for renting out of
performance cars. If you're too young,u tend to have less
experience,and performance cars usually come with manual and racing
clutch,it might be quite hard for P plate holders or drivers with 2
to 3 yr experience to handle the car.
Upon delivery of car,it will be a full tank. Same goes for
returning of the car.
