but when it comes to questioning opposing witnesses and
the opposition and such at the stand... It's like what
ppl would say, Fitnah?
Sometimes the person didn't do anything, on the stand the lawyer
would accuse him/her... Something like that...
The situation in the courtroom is adversarial, yes, and it is
all an exercise in passing judgement. It will be hard to call this
fitnah though, because the questions and assertions of the lawyers
are not mere personal opinions of bad taste - they are operations
of inquiry and morever, they are under the restraints of legal
maxims and writs.
Anyway, I've never managed a full month of fasting. Always got a
few days overly tempted by food. How you all doing so far
also...
