Don't think like BMT, the training really depends on whats your
job scope. We do have SO doing admin work, can't expect these
people to go for 10 weeks of BMT-type of training for what they
have signed up for.
I am newbie so won't know much and those which i know i can't
say or will compromise Ops. Some of the stuff we do can be
dangerous, but they always ensure safety 1st.
