My sister brought back some from montreal. Strangely its packaged in a metal can, like those japanese candy u can buy from cold storage. Then there are few packs of maple syrup cookies, which i have yet to taste.

read the labels carefully when you buy ... pure maple is not cheap .....

many are adulterated with corn syrup ....

Well I think you could try Marks and spencers. They have good control over their production and you should be able to get pure maple syrup if they offer at their shelves.

Just go for the Hampton House brand, Mopure or MacDonald's brand (nothing to do with McDonald's) Also Citadelle if you see it

These are all 100% pure Maple Syrup and not the flavoured ones

The one you eat with your Hot Cakes are flavoured corn syrup and not real Maple Syrup

Damm , just came back from canada today nia , should have log in before i come home . i do have a few small bottles with me but its for my friends n colleague souvenirs . I wanted to buy more but my mum keep stopping me . I even have an opened small box of maple tea . Din think much of it . But one thing i noticed is , even though i buy from canada ... some of them have darker hues n some of them have lighter hues . Wonder if it is what you all call it diluted with corn syrup ? How much you want ? maybe i can spare you one bottle but i donno if its diluted or not . Cos i already bought it and is now in sg .
