ofcourse such technologies exists...
i believe we could have better networks worldwide...and i think
most governments are just taking it slow somehow...i think they're
doing it on purpose maybe coz faster "development" could screw the
market and maybe coz they dun wan help 3rd world countries to
integrate faster...
