Not sure why... in Victoria, Woolworths is called Safeway. Anyway, saw the news few weeks ago that they are going to get rid of Safeway and make it Woolworths nationally.

Not sure why... in Victoria, Woolworths is called Safeway. Anyway, saw the news few weeks ago that they are going to get rid of Safeway and make it Woolworths nationally.

it's prolly the same reason y they call it hungry jacks in aus and burger king in singapore..

they should prolly combine the 2 and call it "hungry king"

Think you meant homebrand.

They probably thought it cost them too much money to change the name when Woolworths bought Safeway in Victoria (now I remember where the name Safeway was originated). But they realised it cost them even more when they have to print 2 different sets of catalogues, dockets, etc.

I am yet to try Domino pizzas. It's everywhere now but haven't got a chance to try it.

BTW, what is eagle boys? Don't think I haven't heard of it before? Are they here in Victoria too?

Like I said few pages ago, if you like charcoal chicken, go and get it from local charcoal chicken shop. It tastes nicer and fresher than red rooster.
