Singaporean girls have been labelled as materialistic looking
for 5Cs in a guy. There is even a page on Wikipedia that

However, in my personal opinion, what Singaporean ladies really
need from a guy are the 6Hs. They are:
a) Handsome
(guy needs to be at least average looking)
b) Healthy (guy
needs to be healthy and not sick or too old)
c) Happiness
(guy needs to be able to provide you with happines)
d) HDB (guy
needss to be able to share with you to buy a HDB flat; work permit
FTs are not eligible. Otherwise, you need to have a million
dollars to be able to afford a private property in Singapore ).
e) Of these descents (referring to Chinese Singaporean girls
needs) : Hokkien
(including Taiwaneses and Teo Chews) / Hakka / Hainanese / Hong Kee ( including all
Cantonese ).
f) Husband (
can be husband type and not married or got fiance / girlfriend type
)
Others Hs that many Singaporean girls are looking for
include:
1) Humble (
nice personality )
2) Hou Lian ( a
little bit showy [ talk impressively type ] and wearing / using
expensive brands products like Poly Ralph Lauren, iPhone, Levis
Jeans etc )
3) Hyundai
( 没有鱼虾也好 Car
too expensive to own in Singapore but could provide lots of
difference when dating. Some guys drive Sonata/i40 as cabbies
so the feeling is almost the same.
Chinese believes in 福祿壽 .
Material needs is only 祿 without 福
and 壽. In my personal opinion, the 6H model is a better
model for Singaporean ladies as it is a balanced approach and
within reach of many Singaporean ladies (there are a lot more
Singaporean guys that meet these requirements) as opposed to the 5C
model which advocates going after the top 5% of guys.
