hmm..possible dat they engage gear w/o clutching? cos i heard of
clutchless upshift/downshift of gears. however tis is when the
vehicle is on the move so eg. from 2nd to 3rd or vice-versa,but nt
sure frm neutral when stationary to 1st or 2nd can anot.
