well honestly I can c that you guys are kind of big and have
every reason to stop recuitment but here is something you should
think about when recuiting:
1)Observe the trainee's attuide 1)would he ratherr have frags then
competle map objectives? 2)team work does he listern to radio
commands from other players or become a rambo?
2)Get his info HP/ telepohne/ address/ e-mail etc etc
3)Language..very important(insignia :p)...does he scold bad word
after every round he dies? what ever he says only reflects on the
reputition of his clan I mean what clan will recuit a guy who
always scold bad word?
4)Skills...a player with a clan like razor and and can't even get a
frags only shows how pathetic their clan is for recuiting a guy
like him..
