Water inside doors?

I get a new Japanese car 7 months ago.

Before i wind down the window ,the window is dry.
But after i wind it down and up,it is wet!!

So ,water is inside the door!!Sun screen were installed.

2.Pl advise.

the water is inside or outside? anyway, every door has a big pieces of plastic or foam seal, seperating the door panel and the window/ window lifter. dun have to worry about water getting inside the car through the panel.

the water you mentioned is prolly from the rain earlier on. when you wash your car, dry all the windows, wind them down and wind up... sure will see some water streaks mah

I think the water source is on the rubber seal at the bottom of the window frame, not inside the door. That why the water smugde all over the glass when you wind the window up.
Try dipping a piece of glass into water, the water will not stain like this on the glass.
From the cars I have driven, all have this symptom leh. Rolling Eyes
