I think the way the council is working is crap.

We have yet to start a council meeting.

I think we should make a 11 member council for MC. (11 member so voting can be done.)

Members from the council must come from all ranks and skilled players.

Council member must be mature, sensible, responsible, considerate and willing to spend time for discussion.

My proposal members for the new council will be.

1: TopGun
2: KuKuBird
3: Kali
4: Clon
5: Insiginia
6: Koyo
7: Dashwolf
8: Nirvana
9: Engima
10: Samuel
11: Alphabet A also MC [-A-]

I don't want you all to post short replies in the matter. I am serious about this.

Don't make me pissed.

tango SG

I would like to state the authority of the council member for MC.

Firstly, a council member will have the authority to response to a outsider on behalf of MC in situation whereby he is not able to contact the council members for a discussion and should the matter be of a urgent one.

Secondly, a council member has no authority to boot any members from any of the Elements but he have the responsiblity to report to the council any offences committed by any of the members. Should a member commit a untolerated offence, the council will boot the member without any voting.

Should any members of MC committed an offence like doing treason or perjury to MC, he will be trialed by the the council.

LOL!! This sounds like U.S military code, well I didn't copy any but thought it up by myself. I think we should really uphold some properly rulings in MC and let's not mess up things in MC again.
