Should I use Neutral while waiting at Traffic Light?

Hi,

I drive an automatic car. I was wondering is it bad for the car if I just step on the brake and leave the car in drive mode while waiting for the red light at the traffic light?

Is such a driving habit bad for the car? Or should I change to neutral gear?

Can advise?

up to you..depend u want it or don want..it will not damage anything if u put it to d and brake…its not bad…putting to neutral also can…that is one of the reason there is a neutral in the gearbox…
