Recently, I bought a sports jacket from G2000, but the problem
was I bought size 46, while my usual size is 44.
The jacket is nice, but since it is 46 I cannot wear it!
Whenever I wear it, it's too baggy and I look odd with it. So I bet
I have to alter it anyway.
I had once been to tailors at Far East Plaza, with the intention
to order new suits for me. But their prices scared me. SGD400 for a
business jacket! And that's not even including trousers.
So while I know I should modify the jacket I bought, I want to
know which tailor is good for it, any experiences you have and
estimate price.
I have size 44 business jackets as well but I might need to
alter it too since armholes are a bit bigger than my size and
although it fits, drapes are not that nice and it still look a bit
bigger on me. I want a jacket that fits my body (not tight fit, I
mean well-wraped, fit and comfortable like we see on movies).
Let me know about your experiences with tailoring and
altering.

ur neighbourhood shop should have alter shops... or there r some
alter shops in chinatown.
