Just saw it dis morning... I have to say it is quite an
interesting documentary on how Singapore is gonna slove its water
problem permanently...
Also has an interesting insight on how the barrage was built...
atleast interesting for TV viewership... 
Plus I was amused at the end when the show said that if the time
comes when global warming cause the raising of sea level, Singapore
can build a "Great Sea Wall" to protect Singapore...
