complaint to manager lor. go website write in lor.
must mention name always when complainting.

if the manager dun side with the SE, then him/her kanna liao.

i frankly say , good sales man are hard to come by. also give them some allowance for mistakes la.

but when they really deserve it, then makes sure they LOST their job lor.

subaru SE is the worse..after i sign the dotted line .im on my own..promise 2 claim bk my old car insurance for but never happen!!!btw my SE is Catherine.Avoid her at all cost!!!!

On Sat(02 Dec) abt noon, called Subaru HQ(Motorimage) looking for Sales Mgr. A receptionist's answered that all had left except her. But after refused to give her my name & hp nos. The PA of Sales Manager answered and she cld check the car status.

Guess wat! The car still overseas & will be in mid Dec & i get it end of this mth. But SE told me the car already here but needs LTA to approval. Why SE likes to lies huh?

The Sales Mgr in email stated that all these are miscommunication & there's no shipment arrived for Subaru cars on the 30th of Nov.

Maybe i shld go to CASE to report this unfair practices.

Y dun u call them again.. and act as an interested customer asking abt R2, check whether they have stock for R2... get the SE's name if he/she said they have stock...

When you do not get your car on the stipulated date/week, you are allowed to make a claim against the dealership/salesperson either through cashback or additional accessories paid for by the salesperson's commission.

it is amazing how you have not gone up further the heirachy to make your case when you clearly have a problematic salesperson...it is actually possible to get through to Mr Glenn Tan even...

You should try the complete opposite. Tell her you are cancelling the order and will not pay any more money or show up again. Please send the deposit to you by check.

They will freak out because they are stuck and your SE will have to explain to her manager. They can't give you the car because you haven't paid the balance. They can't give you back the deposit because they already got your COE, and won't anyway.

Terminate everything. Call AIG and cancel the insurance. Call the bank to tell them the loan application is cancelled. They will call Subaru. And your SE is out of her job.

In the worst case and you have paid, tell your SE she can keep the car. Believe it or not, they are also screwed because they are obligated to deliver the car to you and they haven't. So they have taken your money and didn't deliver the goods.

When you finally get a response from Subaru, demand that the SE is changed. Don't care what problem they have. You cannot and will not speak with Jessie again.

This is all actually quite fun. And Jessie will SURELY lose her job. Guaranteed. That's how Subaru works. Take it from my personal experience!

Not all SE are like that la.. Pls dun condemn the SE, My friend Subaru SE (Toa Payoh) is super friendly, professional and helpful.. He make the entire purchase very successful!

Next time, make a big fuss in front of her other customers. Let them know what to expect after they signed. Just make sure you remain factual Twisted Evil
