the_fallen SG having a joint account doesn't hurt feelings..it's a sense of trust and mutual agreement that the money can be touched only when both parties agree to draw it out..however you can still have your own separate individual savings/current/master account for your own usage.it's a long list of problems when it comes to $_$ but when dealt correctly, it will be able to do wonders.. ^_^ $_$ ^_^

caleb_chiang SG It depends. for money, sometime have to give and take one.Anyway, you should not have a joint account if you are uncomfortable with it. If you need to have, you can always cancel the atm card so that every withdrawal made will need both parties' agreement.
