They really should do it some other way. Either way people
aren't going to be happy. I can just walk away when they come and
ask for my ic. They can't restrain me or stop me. Likewise, they
won't kenna this sort of thing from the public if they wear some
sort of identification. I asked to see this lady's namecard for
identification, she just took it, put it damn close to my face for
a split second, then put it back. How would I know she's really
from there.
