Not that the youngster dun take cleaning jobs, we youngster have good heart, if we undertookthese jobs, many of our elders would have lost their jobs. Then there will be alot of jobless and social problems

to them they feel this is a very demoralising job, when compared to their peers jobs of higher position or caliber, they feel very sia suay.

also, nowadays youngsters cannot take hardship.

i walked outta the toilet, the cleaner sweeping floor is china uncle

is no chance to do cos they all prefer to hire the cheapo labour to do

in order to clean less cubicles, she purposely locked 2 of them
but we too smart loh, we use coin to open
then she oso damn slow in refilling toilet paper loh

i believe if our singapore youngsters do, they will do a much better job.

i beg to differ....they most prob will go eee this...eee that...less than a month sure quit. and youngsters shouldn't be wasting their life as a cleaner...they got much MUCH more potential...if youngsters turn to cleaning jobs, who's going to change money/top up for u at the arcade? escape theme park? get wat i mean?

if ask u clean toilet but the pay better den some clerical jobs for fresh grad u take anot.

year end got bonus or not
got transport, laundry, grooming allowance or not
got staff chalet, DnD, family day this kind of thing or not
work 2 days rest 3 days this kind of roster or not
