qns on ATM card and Singtel roaming

you put a UOB atm card or debit card into a POSB atm machine? will the machine eat the card? or u can still withdraw money but charge u visa withdrawal rate (for debit card)

another qns, wad are the countries not covered by Singtel roaming?

I tried before using ATM card, I was using POSB and I tried on OCBC ATM. It will eat your card and ask for PIN. If correct, they will probably screen something that card not accept by this ATM or bank or something.
