hmm.......if u earn 800K a year....2 year who be 1.6 million and a terrace in Bukit Timah cost around 1.3million, and so it can fully own the property, and he can also buy audi R8 with cash which cost around s$450k.....its my view though...

if you don't have to work and still earn 40k a year and you spend <40k a year, then you are rich
