Considered stratospherically, filthy-rich! 
Imagine, if the monthly food bill for a Singapore household is,
say, SGD500 a month, that will be just 8.3% of their monthly income
compared to say, 25% of the income of households with a monthly
salary of just SGD2K! 
No wonder these people don't feel the pinch of inflation because
to them, it's just a drop in the ocean! And in the meantime,
everyone else struggles...
