I thought torque convertor is to release the energy created by the turning engine so as to prevent the car from stalling?

Torque is the twisting power produce from the engine.measures in NewtonMeter> Nm

vehicle need torque to accerlate.heard pl say Bhp is more of top speed.

If vehicle A got 1000Bhp & 100Nm>its acceralting speed to 100km/h
WILL be slower/take longer time to reach(100km/h) then
Vehicle B tat hv 1000Nm & 100Bhp.But the Vehicle A will hv a higher top speed then the Vehicle B.

So IMO, is torque tat is working .Most cars in SG can get 150km/h>jus step acc, got no police,stright rd,will reach tat speed eventually.Its ONLY the vehicle take how long to reach tat speed only.D

i would say its possible>provided tat house is liften off ground & on rollers or wheels & tat merc can hv tire tat girp to plant all the torque to the ground to move tat house Laughing .

If not,house so heavy, wil only see burning rubber tire.

well yea there are ppl who do that...move house...literally....but of course those suay ones their house will end up in the lake when the driver miscue Laughing
