They don't ask us to take skirt off or
pull it down..
The prefect would ask u to unzip jus a little bit and then
feel around your waistline..
If u wearing shorts can feel the thick waistband..
Anyway,i don't think prefects will do this type of 'Spot checks'
in schools,the most they checked is the length of the skirt &
colour of the bras we wearing,never told cannot wear shorts
inside.
