he tells you what you already know...

and most of all, it only works with people with weak minds and weak wills, looking for someone to affirm whatever the hell they feel..

so.. if you think your kids have are easily swayed, go ahead.. but you can do the same thing.. unless they stopped listening to you because you kept nagging at them...

i was supposed to go for his talk with my entire class.

but the day his course started, i got chickenpox so i didnt go.

but when i came back, i realise that all my classmates damn motivated. homework everyday confirm do one. only i left struggling.

however, sad to say, the motivation lasted only two weeks.

i heard got one day(out of the 3days course), he will dono do what talk to you all and make everyone in the course shed tears wor!!!

but seriously, i think the $$ is better spent elsewhere.

I attended one when i was in my sec sch. That time he hadnt strike out on his own. He was still under Ernest Wong. My feedback , dont waste money. Find out the reason why your child not doing as well as you expect. Dont forget , some or most of the pple are late bloomers.

Well, this kind of business is make money thingy. He is certainly a rich person for sure. With the high fee rates and fame he has, he certainly has more students than other motivators which is less famous.

I have never went for such courses. One sure damn thing we can learn is that one way to get rich is to be like adam khoo, be motivational speaker who keeps rolling the same advice, with some modifications from time to time, that has only gradual improvements in most cases, and fast improvments in rare cases for audiences...

Definietly not worth it penny wise but as you know.. consumers are idiots sometimes. I would like to create this quote of truth

"Bussinessmen set crazy price on their products because they know that consumers are crazy too, quite often to speak"

At the end of the day, even if their products are really not worth it. WHat matters to them is that the products are still selling and they are becoming really rich to heaven.

i went before his course before about 2 years ago too. amin was our instructor. our course started about one week before chinese new year.

the whole thing was funny, taught u speed reading and others which i forget. sad to say, after chinese new year the motivation of the whole class was gone.

but i think some of those who went for his programme are now drop-outs and mothers already. me is oni 21.

looks like comments are mixed and results are short-term, i used to get high for a day after a sunday church service when i was a christian…lol…think i’ll save the money then and send the kid to grind up on academics….

someone mentioned caning, i’m not one who’s shy with the rod but it comes a time when you’ve got to stop…caning is only for disciplining bad behaviour, not because of bad grades….the kids are now a bit older, it’s better to build the communication channels rather then have them turn to their equally unwise peers….thanks for the input….rgds

Quite similar to mindchamp.They boast of powerful motivators and the effect on yr kids will be short term only-Cost $3k to $6k.My neighbours spent $15k on 3 kids(sec 4,sec 2 and p6),no profound effect on any of the kids.initially start to feel energised but as days past same old unmotivated kids again.I think it all depend on the individual

Just an more expensive way to make yourself laugh and cry.

The only fun thing i rmb-ed was doing maths sums under a very fast and rhythmic music with the trainer's repetitive voice of 'faster faster faster faster faster' in your ears.

adam khoo programme costs too much and you're only helping to make him richer if your kid attend his courses.......just go and buy self-help books, download youtube videos and teach them personally to your son.

it's better.....the S$4000++.....you can spend on (choose one below):

1) complete state-of-the-art home theatre, media and gaming system in your living room

2) trip to USA

3) 10 day 10 night stay in Batam with 15 girls servicing you at any one time
