Making of new passport help!!

Hmm if i go apply for a new passport now my current passport will be invalid right?so how do i dispose of the old passport?will the immigration agency collect my old passport and destroy it for me?

most likely that will cancel your old passport..

they will let you know when you apply for the new one..

u have to submit either
1. your old passport, or
2. a police report saying you lost your passport when making a new passport.

the Bear SG

bring the old passport when you collect your new passport at ICA.. they will punch holes in it, invalidating it physically..

otherwise, ICA records will indicate that your old passport is not valid anymore.. and you cannot use it...

if you don't want to bring to ICA, it's still invalidated on the records.. the old passport will eventually reach expiry date anyway..
