IT depends if your bad eye is still functioning or not.
IF you can refocus your vision, it means your bad eye is still
functioning and will never rot to death.
IF you have lost your vision and is experiencing
intense/terrible pain on your eye socket of your bad eye, then you
could consult an eye specialist and get it professionally removed
as soon as possible, OR you could wait and bear with the pain and
let the bad eyeball automatically pop out of your eye socket if
you are unable to afford a decent eye surgery.
