u lie down on ur chest and turn ur head sideway.
if u wear specs while doing that, nt comfy what, cuz it'll press
against the side of ur head.
sometimes it'll shift out of position leh.
dun turn sideway lo. place ur bed directly in the direction of
the tv lo.
