When you see the 'red man' at the traffic light, and there is no
incoming vehicle, do you want to cross the road?
My Indian neighbour kena get booked by Traffic Police for
crossing road when the red man is still on at the traffic light and
there is no incoming vehicles..
He never run away from TP? :D
