so far i've not come across a quiet library, i mean singaporean
most of them are inconsiderate bunch, sorry to say that.
i love library becos its free & air-conditioned.
no ar. jurong west library quite quiet. no noise one i think. if u
too much noise, got security guard walk here walk there then stare
at you
