I only know that Rolls Royce have a research and development centre in Singapore. But.. think it is only on turbine engines..
Ponders SG If they exist i think they are interested only in improving our Primus, LSV, Bronco. And sometimes also improving our SBS buses. otherwise.. LTA has an entire department R&Ding into how much COE they should release next month.
