but then in the first place he dun haf to give wat. he say he will give but he dun haf money to give. the guy who asked him to give should knoe that in the first place. but yet he still ask but wat reason i dun know. even as a fren, you ask another fren to give the money to you. the fren returned half, why the person who asked for is so angry abt it? could be the following reasons: 1) the fren who asked for it could be urgently need the money and used this outing as an excuse. 2) the fren who asked for it is could have a mental problem furthermore a suggestion to TS , you can sms your friend that you will return him the money when u have your next allowance, by wat date. and next time do not agree to fren so readily then next minute cannot deliver what you promise chocochips i can see your point.
