it is not abt using your phone when crossing, but rather dont drop
so easily or see the traffic light properly, dun just bcse ppl
cross u cross.
u go orchard, when really green man, alot of ppl crossing, some
talking on phone some playing phone, some psp, some look at the
waiting cars, some look at girls
