hello to all, i have a few sleeping problems i would like to ask
if you guys should recommend me to see a doc or nt.
first of all, i;m a nsf and my unit life is ops duty base which
is 24 hrs de. its a 2 man manning the ops room during silent
hrs..however the thing is me and my ops spec is supposed let ppl
draw keys/pick up calls no matter wad time. my spec can slp and
wake up when the phone/door bell rings but i cant as once i sleep,
i cant wake up until like next morning. so to solve the problem i
dont slp thru the night. however aft doing this recently the next
day which is today i start to hear the phone ringing, door bell
ringing even when im in the toilet, etc. and also ppl calling me by
my name when im alone. im afraid of this bros, can anyone tell me
wad to do? im very scared to slp at night incase anything den i
cant wake up= die.
shld i report this to a doc/mo? or try to get use to it?
