He meets insurance agents and MLM agents at raffles place, falls
in love/lust with them and treats them to breakfast etc, signs up
tons of policies, and can't pay for the upkeep of the policies,
resorts to begging for money from people he knows, who obviously
won't lend him (me included), so he borrow from loansharks to pay
the upkeep.
the joke is, he just came out of prison for attempting suicide
after not being able to pay $10k to the loansharks, which he
borrowed for a china sales lady he met by chance somewhere at
raffles place.
really don't know how to describe such people..
