1) He's born in May. That's a big clue.
2) I could verify his I/C matches the name above.
3) SC births don't go above 39,999 in a year except dragon year
where it does not hit 49,999. For third digit "7", they refer to
PR-converted SC.
If it's in sequence, then you are right.
I don't now how NRC works.
