In a recent TV talk show, one of
the participants said that in Singapore one person can own only 1
car at a time.
One person
cannot own 2 cars at a time.
He went on to
say that if a Singaporean wants to buy another car, he has to first
sell his current vehicle to scrap.
Is this
true?
