i come from poor family... both father mother is factory worker. i rmb when i started poly, my money in my bank........ haiz feel so sad...why i m so poor.....

you're not poor.....

poor means you're not allowed to eat 3 times a day.....

so you get like 3 bucks a day to eat.......why not get yourself a part time job if your parents can't give you more?

last time when i was in primary school.....my father earned quite ok.....my mom had loads of business proposals....my dad bloody hell tell her to stop working coz he is jealous of all the clients.....then it got worse when he had affairs outside.....he didn't used to complain when we went to buy groceries.....then when he got affairs outside....he spend money on the bloody bitch......asking him for pocket money was like begging from a slave to a master.....just for a bloody 50cents......

i'm around your age and i get $120 a month on an irregular basis. i have more savings than some of my richer friends combined but i'm living very comfortably. it all depends on how you manage your finances man.

to TS, u have to first accept the fact u r poor. becuz u cannot accept that, thats why it hurts. If u accepted that, then u can or will able to put down your pride to accept aids. pride are worthless when you are poor.

ya. but pls do not blame ur parents. Given a choice, I dun tink they will choose to be poor also. Parents will always wan to provide their best for their kids.

And it’s no embarrassment to loan a notebook from the school. I tink u as an individual haf to accept the situation that u are in and make the best out of it. It is high time to be mature and face the facts.

I tink the best for you to break out of the poverty cycle is to study hard and get a decent job in the future. =)

i never read all your whine but being poor also good because you don't splurge on item although being poor mean you know the value of money i can see you will be somebody 1day!

although i am not that poor but i am saving.Last time i am a spend person when money come i spend on things like yoyo,digimon,cards,games when i got my hongbao money.

now,i got some saving not telling you how much. saving for all my poly school fee not depend on parent,start to learn basic on investing.

I can do it so can you!

I feel sad for knowing your sorry state.$1 is not enough for a meal.A decent meal should at least cost $3.If you want a better handphone, you can ask people here for one( if they have an extra one).Since you are poor, better not go out and waste money.Stay at home and surf some of the websites I recommend:lastfm.com and jesus-is-savior.com/index.htm and satansrapture.com.

And oh TS, those kind of friends you hang around with, you can jolly well forget it, cos this good friends will not leave you, just because you are poor, instead they will help you. I help my poor friends. Like instead of going some crap fast food outlets, we go some cheap hawker centre and have our meal there.

Is like a true friend who know you will help you instead of leaving you! Hope this helps!
