Why siblings can't get along?

I have this problem with my sibling and many too..why some siblings just can't get along but some can?

It's like my uncles , you know they have more than 5 kids back at the times during my grandma, and some not even talking

depends on character.. sometimes both parties their character clashes

i get along well with my younger bro but not elder bro.. he's bloody irritating

my younger bro and i are of the same horoscope tho.. maybe thats one point. similar horoscope together will get along well
